Blueberry Banana Smoothies – Healthy, simple, and brisk to set up it's a reviving treat after a morning run or an evening in the hot sun. 

I matched the berries with bananas; and in the wake of attempting it with both frozen and new bananas, we as a whole chosen it was better with frozen. With new I needed to add ice to the formula, which watered down the flavor and changed the mouth-feel of the smoothie. Truly, it merits the push to plan ahead for this and stop some banana lumps. Simply strip, cut or break into lumps, hurl them into a cooler pack, seal, and stop. Simple – correct? 

Frozen bananas are the main fixing I put into the blender. At that point I include a little milk and mix everything together. Next come the blueberries – utilize solidified berries, Greek yogurt, and nectar – alongside more milk if necessary. Mix everything together and you have a blueberry-banana smoothie 

ingredients: 

2 bananas, cut into 2 in. lumps and solidified 

1/2 c. skim milk 

2 1/4 c. solidified blueberries 

1 Tbsp. nectar 

1/2 c. Greek yogurt 

Instructions:

1.Place frozen banana lumps and 1/4 c. skim milk into blender and mix until just a couple of little lumps remain. 

2.Include blueberries, nectar, Greek yogurt, and remaining milk. Mix again until smooth or wanted consistency, scratching sides periodically. 

Fill glasses, top with a couple of more berries and serve! 

Makes around 3 c.
